The verification code will not accept.

When you sign up to become a U2Jam member, the verification code
may sometimes produce color combinations that make it hard for
people to correctly discern the characters. If you're having
trouble, try clicking the "Can't read?" link under the verification
code box. This will change the color combination. If you continue to
have trouble, you may want to ask a friend to help confirm the code
being displayed.
How do I find my uploaded videos?

In the upper right corner of most pages, you'll find a line of links
to all of your stuff: videos, favorites, inbox, and
subscriptions.
If you're on a page that doesn't have this bar
(such as a video watch page), you can get to your videos by clicking
the "My Account" link at the top of the page and then clicking the
"My Uploaded Videos" link.
Or you can go directly to
your videos.
Can I download videos to watch later?

No, currently you can't download our videos to your computer.
U2Jam's video player is designed to be used within your browser as
an Internet experience. As an alternative to downloading, you can
temporarily save videos to watch later by adding them to your
QuickList. If you'd like to save them more permanently, login and
click "Save to Favorites" under the videos you'd like to keep.
How do I watch and save videos?

Watching videos on U2Jam couldn't be easier—just come to the site
and browse around, or search for subjects that interest you. To save
videos permanently, you need to sign up as a member, and then click
the "Save to Favorites" link underneath the videos you want to watch
later.
How do I share videos?

Sharing a video is simple—just click on the "Share" button at
the bottom of the video player, and enter the email addresses
(or U2Jam usernames, if you're logged in) of the people to
whom you want to send it. Click the "Send" button, and you're
all done!
How do I make my video private?

If you’d like to make sure your video(s) are seen only by the
people you hand-pick, you should set your video to “Private”.
Here’s how:
- Log in and go to “My Videos”.
- Click the “Edit Video Info” button beside the video in
question.
- Scroll down to the Broadcast section and select the
“Private” option.
- Be sure to then select the specific contact list you
want to see the video.
- If a list is too large, select the individuals with whom
you'd like to share the video.
- When using lists, always double-check to be sure the
contact list you select includes only the people you want to
see that video. Check your
Contact Lists.
- Click the “Update Video Info” button.
